About VoteMov
VoteMov is established in 2009, first in form of a forum. It was aimed to provide a place for people who love movie to discuss and exchange experiences. As time passed, the founder/3D animator Dallas decided to create a video blog to promote independent movies.
As an independent movie maker himself, Dallas sees the difficulty of making movie with limited budget and decides to do his share for promoting those great movies. So here we are, the new VoteMov |Net Independent Movie Awards. We want to create the platform to let people vote and discuss independent films. At the same time, give movie maker more opportunity to draw attentions. VoteMov allows anonymous visitors to add movie links. You are welcome to contact us if you are interested in online screening for your film at Votemov. We’ll be able to help you with upload original files and arrange screening. We hope VoteMov will become an online media for voting, screening and awarding independent movies in the near future.
Recently VoteMov.com went through several upgrades on the website, including new auto refreshed Awards page and weekly updated BOTW for newly submitted films.
To let more people know us and get more support for indie film makers, we are setting up this tumblr blog for our new Best of the Week films.
